1. To complete a return, first ensure your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it.
It must also be in the original packaging, this includes outer gift boxes, clothing tags, ribbons and any other gift wrapping.
2. Send an email through to info@lydanthelabel.com, with your invoice number and reason for the return, along with any attachments that may help explain the reason for your return.
3. We will then send through an email to approve your return request along with shipping info
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
5. We will then process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card, PayPal or other original method of payment within 10 days after the return has been received.
